Regionale 21. Un certain regard

Un certain regard refers to the attentive, curious, scrutinizing, judging, irritating or astonished curatorial gaze that determined the selection of works in the exhibition, but under which the legitimacy of an artwork, an artistic concept, is also put to the test in the decision-making moment of the selection process. Un certain regard also refers to "the certain view" with which artists observe, reflect on, question and react to themselves and the world, their surroundings, our time and contemporary phenomena. In various spatial concepts with different aesthetics, the exhibition presents wall works and spatial installations, material and object art, model-like and architectural works, paintings and photographic experiments, the sheer breadth of the composite image.
